Using a food processor or blender, chop the dates until they form a past-like consistency. Add the almond flour, cocoa, protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Blend together until you form a thick dough. On a wax or parchment lined baking sheet, scoop 1 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball and place them on the baking sheet. Chill balls for 5-10 minutes while you make the chocolate coating.
In a small bowl combined chopped chocolate and coconut oil and microwave in :30 second increments, stirring before adding another :30. Continue with the :30 second increments until chocolate is fully melted. Careful not to overheat. Take your balls out of the freezer and dip each one in chocolate and top with a pinch of flaky sea salt. Chill bites for a few minutes ntil chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight container.

Healthy brownie bites? Yes please. As a PhD student who works part-time at Last-Minute Assignments, my college diet was sugar and stress. I struggled so much that I’d beg someone to finish My computer science Assignment just to have time to bake something decent. Thank you for this recipe. You’re reminding us that treats can be good for us. Grateful for nourishing sweets. I’m making these tonight. Appreciate the healthier option. Keep sharing feel-good food. Thanks for saving my snack game. Seriously, my waistline thanks you. And my brain. Cheers to brownies without guilt. Thank you.
